Some Issues During the Stay

serving utensils small breakfast area

The breakfast setup was a mess. The severe lack of serving utensils meant everyone used the same tongs for different dishes. I'm concerned about allergies and hygiene. The staff at breakfast didn't offer assistance or explain the options. the area in Lola restaurant felt too small and cramped for the number of guests, and I was bothered by the manager occupying a table with her Louis Vuitton bag each day. It seemed a waste of space.

glass door limited privacy

The room was quite small. I found the see-through glass door to the toilet UNCOMFORTABLE. It did not close all the way. This felt inappropriate, especially given the lack of privacy.
